Concept of “Joie de Vivre” (Joy of Life) has been always intertwined with the content of Cyprus Observer e-newspaper: we have strived to provide the positive outlook of Cyprus everyday life and publish encouraging, inspirational news from the global world of art and culture, about history and science, human life and nature.
Autumn issue is symbolical and special for us since it is our first Anniversary issue. We have been proclaiming “Joie de Vivre” on the pages of our newspaper for one year already and are moving forward feeling grateful for your attention, support, and creative cooperation!
(Meanwhile, if you have any suggestions or want to share something with us: email@example.com is always awaiting for your e-mails 🙂 )
Our editorial team has grown significantly, and our Autumn İssue will contain some fresh material by our distinguished journalists, media reporters and professional contributors from international scene.
Our concept & content still reflect the wisdom of positivity and optimism, ecology ans sustainability, harmony within the nature, human senses and thoughts; we believe in the value of people`s creative spark, their ability to move forward changing their selves for the better.
We say “No to Negative News” and continue establishing it as the ever-permeating principle of our informational universe. We do not publish news about accidents or wars happening around: you may find this information in other respectable media outlets. Our goal is to provide you fresh, thought-provoking and inspiring material, which would not infringe upon your own informational area but would nevertheless reflect reality around in an objective way.
Apparently, this does not mean that we stay neutral to burning agenda: Autumn Anniversary Issue looks on global and local ecological problems, investigates the environmental situation of the island, and informs about scientific projects undertaken here. Despite the urge of stating the negative effects of specific human activity in the form of news, Cyprus Observer concentrates on the possibility of positive change, and strives to enhance society.
We also continue our CyPruS section (Special People of Cyprus), regularly conducting special reports with eminent personalities from the local scene. Autumn Issue ”goes global”, too: stay tuned with our Autumn Jazz articles and reports with musicians from abroad.
Introducing this triad of NNN (No to Negative News) and the union of Love for Luminous Life, we invite our dearest Readers to rewarding, captivating and joyful Journey: stay with Cyprus Observer, Go Global – Living Local and join our community of people who are mindful, concerned, conscious and creative, and are in constant process of self-development and transformation….
