Japanese people are famous for their well-balanced diet as well as generally healthy habits. But that does not eliminate the love for the sweets. In fact, there is a special term: “betsubara” meaning “second stomach, for dessert only”.
Many Japanese ladies and gentlemen are likely to have “betsubara” – and if you feel like having “betsubara” as well, head to Cafe de Ginza in Tokyo to try this lovely dessert!
