Go Global – Living Local
There are some unique places in the world that are imbued with hypnotizing energy. The very air there is mesmerizing, and the atmospheric images of them set the mind into the dreamy mode: just let yourself reminisce such vibrant moments and all the troubles will fly away! Sounds like a fairy tale – but life would be too boring if not the miracles that happen, if not the dreams that inspire, and if not the magical places which motivate us!
Cyprus is undoubtedly one of our Planet’s unique pearls. Living here, we strive to protect and enhance our environment – in informational sense, too. Thus, we would like to imbue the summer issue of Cyprus Observer with fresh stories and positive news from diverse parts of the world. Our reporters will provide interesting articles especially for Cyprus Observer readers. Carrying the love for the Planet’s Pearl, island of Cyprus, in our hearts, we also introduce other spots of the globe through the prism of events, happening there.
Enjoy some local news including the opening of Organic Shop in Kyrenia, Yoga program in Dharma Shala, or the exhibition about beauty of the nature, taking place in North Cyprus.
We also introduce unique gems of our planets – Places of interest such as Ticino region of Switzerland, alongside the extraordinary People, who are driven by their lifelong passions and enthusiastic approach to their work. The latter are represented in our Personality Focus category.
We are proud to announce that Cyprus Observer has been collaborating with the Europe’s largest Jazz festival this summer, JazzAscona: enjoy the fresh jazz reports by our photographer Almira Khafizou and chief-editor Taliya Khafizou. Together we are rejoicing to the way how Cyprus is represented on the international arena, and how the life of it becomes intertwined with Europe and the entire world through the activity of Cyprus Observer!
